The Adult Impact Ministries (AIM) is a multi-faceted ministry designed to encourage and enable adults of all ages to make an Impact for Jesus in their world. This is not a stand-alone ministry; it is a vital partner with every GABC ministry, identifying opportunities and equipping adults to get involved.

Got an idea or see a need?
AIM is an entrepreneurial ministry – assisting adults as they turn their passion and vision into tangible opportunities for action. We are here to help you explore how to get started and to “make it happen.”

Baby Boomers

One focus is on one of the most dynamic, rapidly-growing groups in our congregation—the Baby Boomer Generation. This is a group characterized by a high degree of activity, mobility and a desire to make a difference. AIM will provide opportunities for this group to get involved in ministry and missions within the church, community and the world.

Another aspect of this ministry is Life-Stage support for issues significant to this segment of our church, such as Financial Planning, Health Issues, Aging with Grace, Care for Family Members, etc.

What are my Passions and Spiritual Gifts?

A common question that is asked is “How do I discover my gifts or passions?” The first step is to take a spiritual gifts inventory. It will show you your God-given strengths, and typically reveal what your gifts are and the things for which you have a passion. Get started here with your free Spiritual Gifts Analysis.

Bottom Line
If you are an adult who is looking to make a difference; if you have a passion for an idea you would like to see become a reality; or, if you would like to be a part of a truly “cutting edge” adventure in ministry—the Ministry of Adult Impact may be just the challenge you’ve been looking for.
